The Westminster Police Officers’ Association was established to ensure the protection of peace officer rights, to achieve fair compensation and benefits for duties performed, to address department morale issues, and to support the Westminster community through sponsorships, donations, and events.

History

The Westminster Police Officers’ Association currently consists of both sworn and civilian full-time personnel representing the Westminster Police Department, Station 47, Westminster, California. The Association has existed since 1955. Each year a new Board assumes the various responsibilities to keep the association progressing forward. The members at large participate in various community services, fundraisers or annual citywide events. Our collective goal is to continuously build a bridge between law enforcement, residents, and businesses in an effort to resolve and reduce local crimes.
