The Laguna Beach Police Employees’ Association is a professional labor organization representing approximately 72 police department employees ranging from police sergeant to records clerk. A seven-member elected Board of Directors governs the Laguna Beach Police Employees’ Association.

In addition to seeking to advance their members and their families’ professional, educational, economic, and well-being, their goal is to promote an atmosphere of safety and security by providing the highest quality professional police services to our community.
